• Promote responsible growth that considers water, road, and utility capacities.
• Encourage private investment in a walkable, vibrant downtown that fosters local business and community engagement.

Rapid growth has placed increasing pressure on our law enforcement, and crime spilling over from Spokane is a growing concern. We must prioritize public safety to maintain Post Falls as a secure place to live and raise a family. I will:

• Ensure our police department has the resources necessary to meet growing demands.
• Address cross-border crime and work on cooperative law enforcement solutions.
• Maintain a strong commitment to community safety through strategic hiring and planning.

A thriving economy is built on local businesses, not national chains. I will:

• Reduce bureaucratic obstacles for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
• Designate retail spaces downtown to encourage small business growth.
• Support local industries that provide sustainable, well-paying jobs for residents.
• Encourage homesteading and local food production to enhance community resilience.

With rising costs due to inflation, our city government must operate efficiently and prioritize taxpayer dollars wisely. I will:

• Ensure that new developments contribute to the long-term costs of infrastructure and public services.
• Cut wasteful spending and implement streamlined operational efficiencies.
• Leverage technology and innovation to maximize the effectiveness of city resources.

Post Falls is a unique community with a strong identity that deserves to be protected. I will:

• Support cultural initiatives, festivals, and public art that foster community pride.
• Strengthen our local traditions and ensure Post Falls maintains its distinct character.
• Advocate for policies that reflect our values and support a strong civic culture.
